all right so my daughter has some jeans I still fit her but they have made a hole in the knees so I want to do is instead of throw them away and I don't want to cut him and turn them into shorts because they're just so tight like what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna make patches and most patches look really ugly so I know what she really loves cats so what I did was I made a little template I've on piece of paper just kind of traced I'd kind of drew half of a cat ear cat face I drew this half and I fold it over and then I cut it said to be even on both sides so now what I'm gonna do is get this felt to fabric and you can use any kind of fabric really and any color you'd like but I thought a little black cat would be cute so what I'm going to do is I'm going to fold the fabric in half so that we have two one for each knee and then I'm going to put it on here and then I'm going to cut around this piece that way we can put it on here alright so I have this type of material to bond it what I'm basically going to do is once I get my cat pattern cut out on the material I'm going to put it on top of this type of bonding and it's like this paper and then I'll cut the shape out of this so that I can just iron it on and then it will stick on here if you don't have this you don't need to buy it you can use you could either sew it on which is probably the easiest cheapest way because most likely you already have thread a needle at home or you can use fabric glue if you have fabric glue but this I actually just had because I have a whole bunch of types sewing things and this was one of the things that was included so this is gonna make it super fast and easy for me so once I get this cut out then I just cut another pattern out on here and then I iron it on and then we will hand paint a face I'm going to use fabric paint for the face on that so then we'll see what it looks like okay so at this point have cut out the felt piece and the iron on transfer part this part has like a kind of like a weird texture to it things Club slapping part so I put that on the felt so now that whenever I iron it it's going to be stuck to here and I believe I can just like peel this part off and then iron it onto here so I'm going to go ahead and do that stock them now and then we will paint all the faces and be done with it okay okay so I've already ironed it on you can see that now it's easy to peel off and that part sticking right here you can see has a different texture now then it was like this so now I'm just peeling this off and now it's going to be ready to iron on to the pants all right so I have iron on both pieces so now the patches are actually done and now we're just gonna make it cute by putting on whiskers and nose and eyes a little bitty baby mouth and it's gonna be completely done and it can't wait to see how it turns out but so far looks really cute but once I put the face on it's going to look even more adorable all right
