hi I'm Gianna and welcome back to my channel today I'm going to share with you a super easy recipe for sorrow sorrow is a drink that's usually enjoyed a Christmas time in most kindest and Korean households it is made from the dried sorrel or hibiscus flower and it is steeped with warm spices such as cinnamon clove and ginger and typically enjoy chill stay tuned and I'll show you exactly how easy it is to make so the get started we're gonna need just a few ingredients we have dried sorrow clove cinnamon sugar and ginger and we're gonna need some water next we're gonna add all ingredients to a pot and bring it to a boil once it comes to a boil we will cover the pot and reduce the heat are we gonna let this simmer for about 30 minutes after 30 minutes we're gonna remove it from the heat and let it cool completely before straining strain into a container and we're gonna discard all of the solids we don't need into this point you can add additional sugar to sweeten it just a bit or you can even dilute it with a little bit of water depending on your taste but this is best enjoyed chilled served over ice the link to the full recipe is in the description box below be sure to subscribe to my channel and see you next week
