and so trying to build a catamaran very inspired by JS and which is catamaran and I was going for much more organic curve shape something more like a kayaker gessle and it's a nice sort of bulrush front and then a long kind of tapering tail and I want to make it out of birch ply and beginning to get the shape I want me and two parts the back piece a string down in the front a sort of copying and sort of a bow to cover the cut through the water so I haven't done any sketches for this time I've got these ideas in my head of what I'm working towards but it's very much playing for the material seeing work and get out of it what I can make it do so i'm working on a full-size maquette and sort of bending it and forming some sort of Shaitan trying to get towards the idea of these forms in my head but I'm the lines of what material actually achieve as well as a designer I normally have to sketchup thing down it's quite important for communication purposes with the rest of the team for example that things that well laid out and ideas have put forward for people in this case this is a bit of fun bit of experimentation so I've got this roughly to the former i'm happy with at the moment and i'm going to make series of bold case this is my first scribe that I can sit so that the line I'm going to follow i'll make a bulkhead to sit in there another one another one and a few to go down to which will give me my basic form so that's my next stage create some bulkheads link them together then I can start constructing the final shape for real
