to my channel I'm lotting I'm on my - and I've recently got into crafting this is my Cricut machine it's an air - and I absolutely love it so I have my own little craft shop with my mum and we sell those lovely little things in there I've been thinking about making something for a new baby and I came across loads and loads of images on Pinterest that I wanted to give it go and I thought I'd bring you along with me while I'm doing it so first of all I'm gonna get onto my design space and then show you where I'm gonna go from there okay so this is my design space where they've you said I printed off this morning I'm just gonna start a new project and go from there okay so my frame is a nine by nine which is literally nine squares by nine squares which is the same size on a mat so I'm gonna start with adding a baby name so let's go with Arlo because that's such a cute name lately everybody's going for an all aren't they and am i right then I'm gonna go in and make my paper chain style okay so I think I'm going to stretch it before I actually turn it to make sure it does hold the right shape that I'm looking for I want it to be about that big and I'm gonna have them going up and around the Arlo name so now I want to put in the date of birth and something really cute so the baby was gonna be born on Ella's birthday I probably should have just made this Varela but never mind on this day because that sounds cute I'm gonna go for quite strong textbook styles writing on this one I'll break it up with Lowe's and really really cute different things just so it looks like there's a lot going on on the frame to make sure that things are in alignment with each other if you highlight both of them together and then press the align button up here you can send to them and just make sure that they are in the correct area that you want them to be in so for all of my images that I use I go to open clipart you can use these images for any of your work and yep they're all for free so I'm gonna do some footprints okay we're going with this one so just download them save them and then go to that go up to the upload find your image insert the image do it as simple because it's just gonna be cutting up the toes and the shape of the foot yep smooth as a cut image and then insert it into the picture like so so now we've got a printer off so I've got to decide what colors I'm going to do I'm thinking I'm gonna do some blue and white on this one because I want to be a really boys frame maybe a bit of grey in there too and yeah let's get going no it is time ready to print it all off and cut it all out so I'm going to set up my machine right next to me here kind of set it to vinyl and then just cut it out nice and simple I've got the original blade that comes with it and just a bloom on my bloom is becoming unsticky on one side so I've had to flip it back to change it up a bit as I realized I've got no gray left so we'll go for a light blue dark blue and a white I'm gonna get my frame ready and prepared get out the cellophane and then we're gonna get started straight away okay so all my pieces are printed out I'm now going to cut them and get them ready to transfer onto the frame so I like to just lay it all on top of my frame to make sure that they're all in the right places I know what I'm doing I know where things are going okay so I'm going to start putting them on I think I'm gonna start with the Stars because they're the biggest and then work around and everything in that way but this is my piece of transfer tape it is well and truly year but it is still goober goober stickies so sometimes I have to be a bit careful with it because it doesn't like to come off [Applause] and there we go what do you think guys q a lot we did have a little slip-up here where it went over the O which he didn't do on the screen but I'm not sure what happened there but anyway the rest of it I am absolutely in love with I just think it's so cute I wish I did it for Ella now cuz I would have put it in our bedroom over miles but never mind this one is going in off shop so it can be displayed and everybody can choose in friends they'd like this type of style of one anyway but if you would like one and you don't have one of these Cricut machines to make it yourself then I'm more than happy to make you one head down below to low pops and roses on Facebook and yeah just send us a message I hope you liked this video and it inspired you to make something like this if it did please hit the big thumbs up down below and subscribe and I will see you all again soon bye
