welcome to greenies garden what's up guys is Brandon Lissa hey guys we hope everybody's having an awesome day to day today here at greenish garden is we got a new project started so what we're gonna do is is you know we really want to change the look of the center block walls here because as you guys if you watch our videos you see in every single video there's always the color gray always so what we did is we went to was it desert horizon desert horizon nursery right we went there it's a local nursery of ours so we just kind of browsed around and we came across this wall trellis kit it was a $24.99 so it wasn't too bad of a deal um so yeah it's a pretty cool thing because what we're doing is really putting a trellis up without having to use a drill exactly like I was trying to get like the best way to say exactly we're not going to be drilling holes in the center block walls so we've got two of them so we're going to go ahead and make sure we have enough to do it a decent size project here but again what the plan is is to start trellising we have grapes here this is the green Thompson grapes and they're doing really good this is all new growth here so we really want to incorporate the vines you know maybe some passion fruit all along the walls so we're gonna take you guys with us and show you how to install this wall trellis kit so yeah let's go ahead and get this started and let's go ahead and see the final result I can't wait hey guys check it out so we put most of this wall then this wall is almost complete we got one more so I wanted to show you guys exactly what we're doing is we're just putting silicone right to the center block here they gave us the kind of looks like a button and you just fill this part with the silicone and you stick it to the wall and this is what we're gonna stick I'll show you in just a moment this is what the wire so you guys are pretty much looking at a grid like when you look back at the wall and then this wire is just going to run through all of these and it's just going to be the like that and in the grapes and passion vine they're just going to grow on it so if you kind of want to check it out again there's just little spots here on the wall it kind of looks crazy now but it's gonna be so green so let's go ahead just real quick silicon you fill it up here until it kind of fills up the hole there just like that looks like the inside of a junior mint right and then we're gonna come over here and all you do is you just tack it to the wall hold it for a few seconds and then just let go so the silicon does have to dry for 24 hours so we're just gonna let this sit as is we're gonna leave them here we're really hoping we're really hoping that this is going to you know just provide warmth and shade for the mangoes this beautiful coconut cream here just giving off flowers so we'll come back to you guys tomorrow and show you the final result alright guys so it's the next day this is the final project on this wall so I would say this wall is pretty much complete besides we did not let one of these fully dry it's supposed to dry for 24 hours if you want to check it out got a little bit too excited here I did it one two and the listen showed me how it was done and finished this one so we're gonna let that dry and then we'll connect the wire here but it was really awesome because it was so simple all it was is the wire and we just connect scute that excuse me we connected the wire through the holes here yeah it was easy we just cut the wire twisted it up and that was it so I recommend you guys trying this um you know we have the grape started here so you guys are going to start seeing more green background it's gonna look a little bit better and no we're also gonna do it for the trees it's going to give them that protection in the summer time yeah this corner back here is the hottest corner in the yard right so we're gonna cover it with plants and see what makes a difference yeah so we're really excited for this um again this was super easy um you guys should try it out it's just a simple trellis kit um so yeah we'll definitely keep you guys updated on this I just want to thank you guys so much for watching the video today and we hope everybody has an awesome day today bye guys look at it sorry
