hello viewers welcome to my channel today I'm going to prepare palak dal which is a very simple and quick recipe and at the same time packed with all the nutrients so let's take a look into the ingredients here I have taken a bunch of palak which is washed and cleaned 3/4 cup of masoor dal I'm going to cook this by using a pressure cooker add two and half cups of water and pressure cook until three to four verses along with this I am adding quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder you dal is ready we need one small sized onion and tomato finely chopped to give a little bit stronger flavor for this curry I am using some ginger garlic and green chillies the pan is hot so I am adding two tablespoons of oil adding one teaspoon of cumin seeds next time adding ginger garlic and green chilies sorting until it's road-test disappears adding finely chopped onions sprinkle some salt to speed up the cooking process onions became soft so I am adding chopped tomatoes next time adding some masalas into this half teaspoon of turmeric powder 2 teaspoons of Kashmiri chilli powder which will give a nice color for our curry mix it nicely adding finely chopped palek will get cooked very easily now we can add cooked and mashed dal add enough water as per the desired consistency for the curry add salt let the curry boil for almost three to four minutes finally I am going to add quarter teaspoon of asafoetida which will give a nice flavor for this curry and at the same time halfs for digestion so our very tasty doll is ready to serve now switch off the flame so Pilate the hot with rice rotis and parathas thank you for watching you
