Please explain how to cook an easy spinach and egg scrambler breakfast green eggs no ham

hi i'm larry richardson with AZ nurse comm cooking quick hit not all recipes have to be complicated to be delicious or nutritious this is one of the most simple recipes you can make for a great breakfast that will also be nutrient-rich we'll have a lot of vitamins and nutrients in it so basically it is our spinach scrambler and what we use is we're going to chop this down into a cup of chopped spinach we're going to use half of a small onion two eggs and a little bit of olive oil now let me show you how to make it the first thing we'll do is chop up the spinach chop it up as fine as you like I like it super fine and there I have it a cup of chopped spinach so I'm going to put that right in the pan there we go and next I'm going to take the onion just make this aside a little bit peel the onion and this makes one serving and score the top and cut this real fine too okay so we'll chop half the onion real fine there we go and we'll put that in the pan and we'll take a half tablespoon or yes a half tablespoon of olive oil and just drizzle it over the top okay so now you can see we have the spinach and onion mix on the stove the stove is set to medium and we're going to stir the olive oil into the mixture and this will also make sure that the spinach and the onions don't stick to the pan and what you're going to see is that a cup of spinach which is very healthy for you actually reduces quite nicely so you're getting all the benefits of the spinach without all the volume so it won't be like eating a whole salad now there you go the spinach and the onions are sauteed to perfection the onions are a little bit clearer and the spinach is just reduced right down so what I'm going to do now is just crack the two eggs directly into this if you're not confident doing this you can certainly crack the eggs into a ball and pre scramble them but I'm just going to do it directly into the dish trying my best not to get any shell into it okay I'm just going to give my hands a quick rinse and here's why we call it a spinach scrambler with scrambling the spinach in the egg right into it there we go now when you're scrambling it make sure that it cooks all the way through you don't want to see any clear egg in this dish okay so when the egg starts to appear a little dry and crumbly that means it's done so your spinach egg scrambler is ready to eat you can serve your spinach egg scrambler with some whole grain toast of some sort a wheat toast or an oak toast or just anything whole-grain it's healthier for you so you have again two eggs you have a cup of chopped spinach you have a quarter cup of onion you have a half tablespoon of olive oil all scrambled together so that is really healthy you serve it up with some whole grain toast and you've proven that eating healthy is not complicated in fact it's very easy so please give the spinach egg scrambler a try I will post the recipe for this that you can print on my Fitness website seniors comm I'm Larry Richardson see you in the next genius.com cooking video
