I've been working you folks pretty hard so far so let's take a little trip to Locke Lomond and play one of Scotland's most beloved melodies beautiful beautiful melody and it happens to work really nicely in this kalto Hawaiian tuning that I happened upon a few years ago the tuning is half way identical to Orkney these three strings don't don't change it off d cg these three these two strings four and five go down a whole step from Orkneys so this is a C or fourth string as a seed your fifth string is an F and your sixth string remains as it did in Orkney as a seed okay so the tuning is C f/c G C D okay and this is my arrangement of La Colombe and incidentally this tuning works beautifully in the key of C and F but I'll be playing this in the key of C
