hi it's allison charnetsky from petiteelfant.com and i'm going to share a tip with you that i use every single day when i do my makeup to make my eyes look brighter so i'm always tired and so i get my eye shadow i have some bare minerals it's called lunar mineral eyeshadow and it's just a really uh dusty peach kind of a color i'll show you on my hand it's it's just a shimmery light eyeshadow and i'm going to show you how i put that on my eyes in the top corners and in the v to brighten them so that i don't look so tired all the time take a basic flat eyeshadow brush like this go ahead and tap it in your eye shadow tap it off you always want to tap off the excess like that and then i'm going to go ahead and tap it on the brow bone up here just put a little bit you don't need a ton and i have on some mac pigment that is an eyeshadow primer and that's what you see on my eye but that's all i've got on my eye right now that just helps the eyeshadow stay on and i highly highly recommend it so i just put on a little bit and i will worry about how it looks later but i just need to make sure that the color is there now when you're in the inner corner of your eye you just follow that v just put a tiny bit there you don't need a ton and you don't want that to be the primary thing that people see in fact you don't really want people to notice that you just want them to notice that you look really bright eyed and bushy tailed then you go in after and just shade it in so that it's not really noticeable but your eyes already look so much brighter with just a tiny bit the light hits there and it takes away from the fact that you might have dark circles like i do right under there i'll go now if you don't have a really strong brow bone or you have not a lot of distance between here just go right above the crease in your eye shadow line right here this crease and just put it up here you just need some place for that light to land and you don't want a ton you just want a little so shade in all of your eyeshadows so that it's nice and blended and it doesn't look crazy cloudy you just want it to highlight your eyes and brighten up and distract away from the possible i'm not saying you do but you might have some bags under your eyes i most certainly always do so now i'll just go ahead and put on the rest of my makeup for the day
