okay so this is a great technique to join tubing if you were in a serious time crunch so you notice I didn't forty-five anything and I definitely didn't take the time to take my grinder and notch out this tubing it might be a different story if I had an actual not sure but I don't so I'm going to use this technique to join this tubing but so you notice when you put soothing up together because it's round you have a big gap to fill right because it hasn't been knocked and it there's no 45 in it now what you could do we want to seen a lot of people do is you could just keep welding and welding and welding until you filled this hole with a whole bunch of Wells now that is a terrible idea for many different reasons the other thing you could do is just simply grab a hammer or a mini pledge whatever you have make sure that your tacks are good and strong and hammer in the edges here so that is closer to this - then you can go and have a nice clean strong structural weld instead of just filling this hole
