hey John here I'm gonna today I'm gonna show you how to build some kind of snares how I do it anyways here we go I start with my 1/16 rated aircraft cable I like to cut my cable at 33 inches works just right for how I do my sets and I've not had any problems with that I use these little double clamps you can buy them at your dealer where you buy your trapping supplies start I stick my wire through come back through you wanna leave yourself a nice loot nice size loop but not too big like that's probably about right take and just tap it a little bit to get to walk in a place once it's locked into place you can pound it down fly and check both ends make sure it's good and tight when you're making these you always want to go with the natural bend and the wire take your lock make sure it's bend down like that turn it sideways to show you guys a better view make sure your lock is like that slip it on your wire through like that and drop it down take your other double clamp stick your wire through one end of it then you want to come around to your lock put your wire through your lock like that bring it around back through this one you want to get a lot tighter than the first one you did is tight as you can without interfering with the lock then you just want to give it a couple of taps to lock it into place once it's locked into place you can pound it down flat again you want to check both sides to make sure it's good and tight and that's your finish snare I like my snares so that I can go like this with my hand and just pass through without any restrictions and that works good for me and for coyotes and foxes I will do another video here in a little bit showing you how I make my sets and how I do my sets thanks for watching
