hello and welcome to sugar house of demonstration on how to change a GU ten spot light bulb now the first thing to note is these bulbs can get very very hot so he's only just blonde leaving ten to fifteen minutes to cool down before you try doing this the second step is to go find your fuse box turn the fuse off this responsible for the light bulb that you're going to be changing on top of that go to the live switch and turn that off as well as I dorm or one of your house ways to come in turn the fuse back on and electrocute you now in order to change the light bulb all you need to do is stand on something sturdy you'll notice is a little clip surrounding the light itself squeeze up together and the light bulb should fall through if it doesn't fall for you don't worry some of them are fixed units now grab all of the light bulb and if necessary the base of the light bulb turn the light bulb counterclockwise and this will release it from the base get your new light bulb come back up to the base insert it the Sun and turn the light bulb in a clockwise fashion and it will secure it back into the light fitting now once you have done that push the light bulb back into the ceiling itself using the clip that you used to take it out earlier squeeze the clip together between your two fingers push it up into the fitting and secure like so if you've got any more problems or questions please get touches in the office with the more than happy to help you thank you
