so your weed trimmer weed whacker weed whipper whatever you want to call it cuz ran out of line how do you replace it well stay tuned and we're going to show you how first step is going to vary on a few different models depending on what you have but we're going to want to do is remove this blower housing on this model in particular there's a tab right here if you spin it around the same thing as right here what you do is press both tabs in at the same time and it'll all slide down now you're going to go ahead and remove this inner piece I do is you're going to take your trimmer line and just take you know a decent amount of it and cut it and then what you're going to want to do a dual line setup is take the ends and just go down an equal amount and you're gonna want to go down to the middle so that each side is even now examine this inner piece and you'll see that there's an arrow you have to line the line in that direction and you'll see that there's a little hook in here we're going to be showing you this hook in the next part now what you do is you take right from the middle and you go right in that little hole that I was talking about and latch it and now you're just going to wrap it around one on the top one on the bottom you can see I have my thumb spreading apart make sure they don't cross over you're just going to keep going around until you run out of line and then what you want to do is hold it and you just bring it up into this little notch right here on the one and then on the other you're going to do the same thing so as you can see the others going to be back here and bring that back around clip it in so now it's going to hold itself and what you're going to do is go ahead and place this inside this housing and just clip the line down into here on both sides okay now you're just going to go ahead and replace this slide it right on up wait for the click and now you have new line on your trimmer now to get more line out obviously you're going to bump it unless you have an automatic feed and even though these are uneven when you bump it it'll come out to be even links so that's how to restring the line on your Husqvarna or other trimmers
