Please explain how to make {cookie pops}

hi it's marianne from sweetopia sweetopia.net today i'll be sharing with you how to make daisy cookies or how to decorate them as well as we'll be sharing some copycake projector tips a lot of you have been asking me how to decorate or how to to show you how to decorate the cookies from beginning to end so i'll be doing that as well today so um hope you like the video and thank you for watching these are some of the cookies i'll be showing you how to make today daisy cookie pop and these cookies using the coffee cake projector okay so the first cookie we're making is a daisy cookie pop so i'm using this cookie cutter and cut out the dough and staggered it onto this baking sheet so that there's room for the lollipop sticks okay to slide your cookie stick or your lollipop stick in you want your cookie dough to be a little bit warm so at room temperature and then you just take your lollipop stick and slide it in gently kind of closer to the surface of the baking sheet and go about a third of the way in and then what you want to do if it cracks this one's all right but if it cracks you could just press it together a little bit now you want to chill these in the fridge for about 10 minutes to an hour and then bake them 350 for 10 minutes okay for your next step you're going to need white icing and a piping bag number three tip and you're going to need i like to have a wet cloth nearby and i put on plastic so it doesn't wet the table and this is your finished cookie from the oven it's got a little bit of a golden brown color and it's pretty sturdy but if you have a really big cookie on a stick you might want to reinforce this with dough and then bake it so to actually begin decorating i wipe my tip off and then i'll start from the center and just create the petals you can go whatever order you like i kind of like the icing just fall and now that i've got that ready to go i can fill it in right away and you can start from any decoration or any um direction you like but i'll just go i'm feeling it pretty full to get a bit of a 3d look and then if you need to just shake the cookie a little bit to help the icing smooth over and that's it let it dry now for a few hours at least once the white base is dry you're going to need sanding sugar and i've just put it in a bowl on top of a plate with a folded piece of parchment paper and you're going to need a piping bag with a number three or two tip whatever you like and then you're just going to pipe a circle or a center it doesn't have to be perfect you're going to cover it with sanding sugar anyway i put a nice dollop of icing and then you just pour the salmon sugar over the top and let the excess fall back into the bowl and you're done let the centers dry for a few hours and then you can put them in gift bags or put ribbon on the sticks whatever you like you
