hey guys this is ty from craft brewing if you have a keg a corny keg that has these plastic dip tubes in them and you want to get rid of them you want to stick one of these in there one of these stainless steel dip tubes just these shorty dip tubes from the for the co2 in port you're gonna need to modify your keg the reason that they use these plastic ones is because there's ports too small to actually stick these stainless steel dip tubes in so I'm going to show you how you can replace this now how you replace this thing is we've got to drill it out so get yourself a 5/16 drill bit and well go to town I put some lubricant in the hole already so we won't rip this drill bit up and I'm just gonna drill nice and straight I'll tend to kick a little bit on you if you don't hold it trying to run a camera and drill this thing at the same time it's kind of a pain in the ass I'm just gonna clean this hole up a little bit just run this drill bit around the outside and now we should be able to fit this piece right in there that's how you convert your keg cheap plastic crap
