today I'm going to show you how to put in the rear zo6 off fender vent very simple installation peel-and-stick application what we're going to do is prep the inside this plastic with some rubbing alcohol clean that in there real good okay you kit is going to come to kitsch going to come to with a little packet of adhesive promoter this chemical is not a cleaner but it's an adhesive accelerator and it must be used in order to install this on a permanent basis it's very critical in here there's going to be a little little yellow spongy material with a watery fluid you're just going to open the pouch squeeze that out make sure the sponge is wet and go in here and swab this down I have the same chemical in this little bottle here basically what you're going to do is just kind of wet this inside with a few seconds to dry now this grill is designed to stick to the inside wall so when it's in place you won't see any bracketing or anything like that now it's designed to go right to the outer rim and sit on the outer surface if you look in here this this tab kind of bends inside that's not how this goes in this it's going to sit nice and flush to the outside surface on a great tool to use to put this in is a little em'ly stock you can also use a needle nose plier this is basically going to set in like so and right to the outside edge okay so now that we're all all prepped in um we're just going to take our little tabs out and carefully set this in place just like we had it okay now take a little tool and just gotta crush those tabs to the inside of the vent and that will create a nice permanent long lasting bond now the plastic just happens to be a very acceptable plastic exceptional plastic for bonding to it'll make a permanent bond in order to get this thing out you're going to have to tear it out so just do a real good job of cleaning it using the promoter of press it in and that will stay in there permanently you
