Salam alaikum namaste Sasser car and hello everyone not this shwarma or a doner kebab recipe but today I'm going to make a very authentic doner kebab for recipe it's filled with Arabic spiced lamb meat tabbouleh salad a tiki sauce Humber's and tomatoes topped with tahini sauce you can skip the tabbouleh salad and the tzatziki read something else some other salad or probably Mayo if you like that or garlic mayo or some other sauce but this is the way it's supposed to be made let's go towards the recipe of doner kebab the work of our recipe is going to be in different steps we are going to make the marination for it then we're going to make the tabbouleh salad then we're going to make a cheeky sauce and then we're going to move towards the assembly so the first step is marination of the meatball for that I have taken 750 grams of lamb leg meat you can use chicken you can use beef it's up to you I'm going to make it in lamb handful of parsley we can use coriander if you don't have parsley handful of mint 4 garlic cloves 1 onion 1/8 cup of olive oil 1 tablespoon of black peppercorns 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds 1 and 1/2 inch cinnamon stick 1 tablespoon cumin seeds and 1 tablespoon paprika so we're going to drop these separately in the chopper and they're going to grind these spices in a spice blender we're just going to slice the meat as thinly as we can and we're just going to marinate it and keep it overnight so first of all we're going to make the dry spice rub by adding one tablespoon of salt cinnamon stick coriander seeds paprika cumin seeds black pepper and we're going to quickly just grind it into a fine powder and we're going to keep it aside my transfer the blender add garlic to it parsley and onions kind of forgot to add olive oil in it and give it another go and the second part of the marination is ready now what we are going to do is we're going to mix both parts of the marination in the bowl and we're going to add the spice mix that we made that's also the part of this marination we're going to mix both of these we're going to bring the meat and add into it it's time to mix my hands dirty this is the part that I always love in any recipe we're going to wrap this up with plastic wrap and made it in the fridge for overnight for tabbouleh we are going to take parsley and it's optional you can make your own salad usually Sharma's or doner kebabs in Pakistan just have to cumber and iceberg lettuce but I'm trying to be more authentic with the shwarma so for that I'm going to make the bully but the bully we need around a bunch of parsley it's okay if you can find parts you can take coriander personally between parsley and coriander I don't taste much of a difference because coriander is a bit more or cilantro is a bit more laid down parsley is a bit more sharp and taste half a bunch of men two Tomatoes two lemons are going to juice them 1/4 cup of olive oil 50 grams of bulgur wheat now again if you can easily find the millions make it if not then just replace it with any simple salad so first we're going to chop our parsley mint and tomatoes and then we're going to put some boiling water in our Boulder let's go towards the dropping process another important ingredient that I dismiss is the spring onions tabbouleh uses a lot of spring onions so I'm just going to cut the white part of it time you put some boiling water on the bulgur wheat so it rises up and after that we'll drain it and put it in the salad and we'll do the rest later so this is how the bulgur wheat is after being soaked in boiling water for 30 minutes we're going to add it in the rest of the things we are going to squeeze our two lemons juice in it add 1/4 cup of olive oil in it season it with some salt and black pepper mix it and tabbouleh is ready to be served so start to make on a physique each oz for that we're going to use 1 cucumber one and a half cup of Greek yogurt four garlic cloves and a bunch of the leaves let's go towards chopping or kill these and our cucumber so I can't find my garlic crusher I'm just going to add the garlic in the chopper add a little bit of yogurt because eventually we're going to add yogurt in the rest of it as well we are going to grind it so I'm going to add the garlic and yogurt mixture into this and then the rest of the yogurt mix everything up last but not the least we are going to add juice of one lemon in it and there you go our G key is already going to put this aside too so let's see our lamb meat that was being marinated for the doner kebab and it smells really good so where is the baking tray I'm just going to take out the pieces of the lamb and in no particular order I'm going to place it everywhere I can and later when it's cooked we are going to cut it down into even smaller bits so meanwhile the lab meat comes out we're going to slice another cucumber is you want to have more salad in our doner kebab and with cucumbers we're going to cut some tomatoes as well and that's it you're just waiting for the lamb to come out so we can assemble everything our lamb meat is ready I'm trying to cut it into small chunks time to assemble the doner kebab
