Please explain how to make homemade monkey bread

hi I'm Lisa Bernbach for howdini comm and with me is Lauren Chapman for Pillsbury and this my friends is monkey bread all I know about it is that it's neither monkey nor bread but it's really really good Lauren show us how to make it I'd be happy to we're gonna start with refrigerated buttermilk biscuits we're gonna use grands our large size we're gonna use two cans I'm gonna open up one right now for you these cans usually pop open but if they don't you just need some oh there we go there's that pop and we're gonna turn them out onto the counter get that last one out and what we're gonna do is cut each biscuit into four pieces so you can see they look like the petals that's right you'll be able to pull that bread apart into these sized pieces so once this is all cut up and remember we're gonna use two cans we're going to throw all these pieces into a bag of cinnamon sugar uh-huh but I've got mixed up right here oh great can I help toss all of those in there that's a half a cup of sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon so it's a nice strong cinnamon flavor so I've already got a second can fit in here mm-hmm and now for the fun part yes the shaking shake it all up so that all the biscuits are covered with cinnamon sugar your lisa catch good aerobic workout almost done there okay all right great now we're gonna take a fluted tube pan that we've greased well because this is gonna get sticky now what we're gonna do is layer these pieces in here you want to help me cross some of those in here we have like half a cup of raisins and walnuts and we're gonna sprinkle these on as we layer the dough pieces in keep sprinkling those you want to layer the dough this is a good system this is a good to go and I've got the raisins all right I've got that all in there yes all right now we've got 3/4 of a cup of melted butter and a cup of brown sugar that should be enough butter for me this goes on top and as it bakes it'll sort of go to the bottom of the pan coating all of the little pieces mmm a biscuit Wow okay that looks irresistible doesn't it mm-hmm all right okay and now it's ready to go into the oven and at what temperature 350 degrees for about half an hour should do it and then Lauren look mmm looks good good enough for monkeys to eat and it's such a relief to know that none of them were harmed in the making of this monkey bread thanks Lauren well I'm Lisa Bernbach for howdini com let's eat
