hi I'm Lee from restless bed today I'm gonna be showing you how to replace the speed control PCB in a Henry vacuum cleaner the PCB in your vacuum will be either green or orange depending if it's a two-speed Henry vacuum cleaner or not the first thing we need to do is remove Henry's head we do that by doing the two Clips out of the sights with Henry's head removed which need to undo the seven screws that are holding the motor housing to the external plastic head part with the screws removed we can now pull away the motor cover and this will explains the motor and also a PCB which were intending and changing that just slides out and you can see this one's got four terminals and we just need to remove those wires it's always a good idea to make the most of them and what I'll do is I'll just take a picture with my phone so when it comes to replacing the wires we'll get them in the right position it's always good to use a pair of long nose pliers when you're taking off Bay connectors and there you go that's the PCB out of Henry vacuum and we just need to replace it with a new one place the new PCB just in the reverse how you took the old one out remember noting the wires making sure you put them back in the correct order PCB slides down into the housing motor cover back in place tighten the seven screws back up replace Henry's head citing the clips and there you go that's how you replace the PCB on a Henry vacuum cleaner remember you can get all your spare parts for your Henry online at run some spares co uk thanks for watching
