Please explain how to make a simple mexican chorizo torta

start filming to make the salsa and I'd like I told you guys I just came back from picking up chorizo and um don't you tell my mom darkness oh why are you doing your opportunity to have your husband whole thing so I ended up getting two pounds of chorizo but you know how there's like a hard Tori's oh and there's once like a soft kind that's gonna break up in pieces once you cook it that's kind of like what it is whenever I see this I'm always reminded of like the pig that we killed when we lived in Mexico and my mom was like stuffing the chorizo into the intestines and they had the intestines hanging out from like a clothes hanger just to dry a group or the video is er ah I'm gonna grow them out these types of drivers right there so anyway so I'm going to just take like a wooden spoon and I'm going to let this heat up I'll show you the guys to process through and I'm going to make the with pinto beans let me show you I have spin so being over here on my crock pot and they're almost ready almost nice quite there yet so I am going to cheat and you pinto beans already can't so I'm going to end up using all three camps and these are 15 ounces and then this is like the hardest part once we mix those two together and we cook the chorizo everything's going to be just assembling pretty much so you guys Sharif is almost done this is what it's going to look like about look at this you guys I like them when I'm cooking everybody's at the table just eating snacks and then they don't need their dinner this is probably my fault they put it in your bread too so make a mess put it on them and let us see guys you see cuz my my strawberry Club cracked a lot and this is the only chocolate I go up to now the strawberries were humongous and very easy to make you should chill with me in somebody put addition here and I'm going to get cold water and just rinse and mom so that I could get rid of some of that salt consistency that you to preserve the beans water inside the can so just rinsing them off it doesn't have to be that serious I would say and then once that's done just put it back on your plastic so you don't drop all over the floor and you're going to just jump on top of them and you're going to mix buttery so in the beans and when I make the salsa there's going to be plenty of this leftover and you could add a little eggs for breakfast like a breakfast burrito because some potatoes to it and so yeah you guys that's pretty much it just mix it let it sit here for about five minutes or so just until the beans warm up I'm going to turn it down to about a two and then just let them warm up in here for a bit this is on low it's pretty much done it's a low heat now but I can go ahead and turn it off because we're going to begin the assembling process the first thing I want to do is I also picked up get off high school from the Michigan grocery store so I'm going to pull it out and you if you don't have like a Mexican store grocery store next to you or near you you can get them at the regular grocery stores queso fresco I'm sure you got heard of the different brands but I'm just going to cut them in slices and maybe and smaller because kind of thick okay and then I'm going to set that a sign so in my my plastic plate that's kind of like our everyday play with the kids because they know they're breaking God knows they break a lot of things so that's going to be probably in roughly should eat now if not I'll just lie some more but now I'm going to take a romaine lettuce chopped up the bottom piece and I'm just going to use this bag as a trash for now and they pretty much create these perfect leads that you could use to stop the so it's called a bhalil bolillo but I don't know it's just the bread that I use for the sandwiches of course we're going to put up a coddle on it so Kuster it up and then the tomatoes in a kind of custard I don't know why eyes when I make dota I always put it this way you know one I have it because my mom used to do it like that it's like it's a nice format right like lengthways or something it just goes with your sandwich take that little sis whatever the center of that is and then I you have the option to toast the bread but we hardly ever toasted right veins like we normally just right the saltiness of the bread so I'm going to take my brave marine and a butter knife now come and let me save it let me get it okay so I'm basically just going to get like a regular bread knife and I'm going to cut and this is how I got the bread from the Pineda panaderia so and just make like a little what is that called space a little pocket and normally a little bit it's like really soft like this is really fresh like they made it today I'm going to take my butter knives to get minis and this is like the olive oil flavoured but they make one that's like with lime and that's normally the one I try to use whenever I'm making sandwich that sawdust but I didn't have it available so I'm just going to slice a good generous amount I know it looks like a mess and then I'm going to grab a better spoon because this wooden spoon is no longer needed so much that aside and then I'm going to come in grab a handful of actually let me put my lettuce in there first so just start the little lettuce in there in the pocket um probably like two and then you want your chorizo with your pinto beans then we're going to come down is this one for you or for little Mike I mean just showing the making one for me so they can take a ticket they got picking years a long ways much cuz it you know like I'm going to put up a cutter little but I'll show them excited with it your tomatoes and then come grab some queso fresco first cheese flood it in there and then I'm going to grab a spoon and just alright I will cut away avocados an option you don't have to add it we just like avocado don't we like a lot of avocado then maybe grab a few more - now you could add some jalapeno peppers and that is a complete
