hey everybody welcome to my channel once again today I'm going to show you how how you peg orange I'm sorry getting best out of it I get only fiber instead of just sucking the juice out of the orange we're going to arm it all eat the arm up to a flesh part of it I'm going to show you how we're gonna get this done so I'm just do the basic part of please arrange for you I assume everybody knows peel an orange I have I just do this quickly here I remember um yes we're not I still do it when you like around carnival time or if you go into the market generally army hug vendor selling orange and they have a machine when you just stick the orange on to like a needle part of the machine and it will just like clearly are within seconds I should mere within a within less than a minute and the orange peel it's so pretty like to do for decorations oh I should say oh and what we do we dry that orange peel and make a nice orange peel tea okay I've done Peter might my orange and like I said I could take this and leave it a little try or probably just bought it like this and make a nice orange team so again what we gonna do now is I started pegging from here so I have my orange already peeled so we got any tip of the orange here no normally okay let's just go back no peel it orange and you a socket as usual what we want to eat all of this part here a as much as the rhyme OD as possible so let me show you how we do that I have to peel another orange okay so just peel another orange I could show you from using the whole orange so we get to the top Ida Ida Ida top of bottom part of the orange and try to get a knife without kind of like a point you like this one and then you hold your knife like this and basically peel off this skin here like this totally of the orange you okay so that's basically the entire orange fully pegged so what we could do we just basically put your fingers in between the center like this and gently just prise it apart and you eat the entire orange like this I will just take out a piece like that mm-hmm this is a sweet orange so you got entire firm fine but from the orange just eat it like this and some people I did take this and they make like a Chow we Chinese make a shower basically anything so you can make a child with this or is it like this that is so good it is so good I pre pit to get your favor so just what I would share this with you guys how we gonna get the fiber in as much fiber from the orange as possible okay guys thanks for watching take care bye bye by the way I forgot to mention something when you peel the orange and you cut it in half is psychotic juice I'm another way you could get access to the inside of you are we just sort of inside out and you just simply eat out eat the inside of the orange just like that that's another way you can do it too as well
