hello and welcome to DFW chefs focus on the food I'm Jason Driscoll your host today I'll be showing you how to cook up some angel hair so here we have our water it's a nice simmer we'll go ahead and put a little bit of salt in there to get some good flavor then we'll go ahead and put a little bit of oil in there that helps to keep it from sticking then we'll just go ahead and drop our angel hair in okay and once you've got your angel hair in there you'll just want to go ahead and gently stir it around that'll keep it from getting stuck together there and you'll cook it for about three to five minutes a little bit longer if you prefer it a little softer all right so once you cooked your pasta up you can go ahead and drain it off in the colander of course you want to be careful not to splash any of the hot water on yourself have it angel hair nicely cooked not a single piece is stuck together wonderful wonderful pasta to cook up thanks again for joining other episode of DFW chef's focus on the food I truly appreciate your continued support thank you
