alright so what do I do with all this crostini now if I don't have enough folks coming over if I'm looking for some seasoned bread crumbs this is a great way to transition from your crostini to another grade item so that full baguette that we cut up we're going to load that right into our food processor and these are great these are great additions on top of your macaroni and cheese actually one of our favorite things to do is to make an omelet put these right inside the omelet you don't have to serve toast alongside because you got bread crumbs right in there already mix it with one cup of Parmesan cheese let your processors very quickly do all the work we're just going to grind these up in a nice fine amounts of breadcrumbs great if you pound out a chicken breast and you want to season them in breadcrumbs where you put them on a saute pan and again on top of macaroni and cheese or anything that you're going to be doing with breadcrumbs these again will keep really well you can keep in the freezer actually in the last almost forever so just a beautiful season breadcrumb keeping in mind that we salt and peppered the crostini to start with so you don't have to add any additional seasoning if you're looking for some herbs or you want something else a little basil a little oregano a little parcel your time always would work really well
