that's Jeff it blew my bedroom I'm going to show you this jammer this might pineapple and papaya jam and I'll show you how we made this get cutting up this on it nothing small you know little dices here this is what I harvested yesterday I'm just doing much the same thing with this Popo hey this is just brightened up nasty forces one of our first proposed to ripen you now in this saucepan here we go put one-and-a-half cups with my finely chopped pour pour I'm also going to put in one and a half cups of this finely chopped pineapple half a cup of water the juice and the zest of one lemon that's a bit of a rough guess that might be a little bit more than one lemon about two tablespoons of my finely grated crystallized ginger so what I'm going to do now is just turn the heat on and bring this to a simmer and let it simmer for about 10 minutes well this is it been simmering for about 15 minutes I'd say so what I'm going to do now is I've got 2 cups of raw sugar just kind of add that to it and then stir that's proof bring this back to the boil invert it so to boil for about a half an hour even though this has been boiling for half an hour still don't think it's ready so I'm going to give it another 20 minutes this is looking good this is another 20 minutes that's gone boy I still don't feel that we've passed the frozen source of testing what I have here is a half a packet of jam cheddar so I'm just going to add this to the jam Brent to a fairly high boil and let it boil for about five minutes just give it a bit of a stir it was boiling in that five minutes I think he's right I'll turn the heat right off and now the pasta sauce attest never look at that look of the earth I'm just gonna do is put some on this frozen saucer see what happened if you look at the Edit in it it's pretty close yeah I think that's kind of you all right look it's perfect very good that jam-filled Dan here just gonna try some of my artisan bread it's doing like I said of a jelly I have a little taste of this oh that's beautiful really mission flavor I think it might be the lemon I'm putting and everything else thanks for watching we'll catch you later boy
