what's up guys today I'm going to show you how to build these targets alright for this target we're making we're going to need the disc that we made last week if you haven't seen that video go back and watch it and we're gonna be using these little circle magnets right here it comes in a tooth pack you can get them at your hardware store it's about a dollar fifty each like about six or seven of them but what you want to do is take a disc one of these magnets stick it on top take a piece of duct tape can cover up that magnet make sure it's on there good that's pretty much all you need to do with the disk that's how it looks like I mean it's not pretty next thing you're gonna want to get some screws and some washers like this so you can take it and put it through your magnet so we're going to screw it down to whatever we're gonna shoot out of we're going to stick this on top they'll stay like that so once it stays like that you can keep it up there and your shoot just comes right off it's pretty neat so we're gonna get these risks of these targets fixed up and then we'll go make this target now walked out in the woods found a nice looking tree notice I got a nice dirt backstop what I got here is just a few pieces of scrap wood these are probably anywhere from five and a half to six foot apiece and how any wood will work but I tend to try to go with the skinnier piece of wood just so it's less to hit with your boat I mean hey we care we're gonna take this we're just gonna screw it in there you don't have to make it perfectly level but whatever not great it'll work it only has to be super level just try to bend that out what we're gonna do now just take our magnet with our screw and washer and screw on the top or the bottom of these things it's limitless on what you can do with these things so this is just an example I'm going to show several more examples in future videos but let's screw some of these I think all right now it's time to stick the targets on there all right there you are I think it's time to start shooting now all right this is gonna be the first shots on the new target let's go for the top right one that's pretty cool all right let's go for the bottom right one all right now it's time for the scoop for the one that's hanging down very cool all right let's do for the one in the middle so mostly to the rats now let's do this top that one all right so good so far now let's go for the bottom left and there you go I think it works like a charm hey I'm gonna show you how the dis holds up this is one I shot so well take that out so that's a little hole mate so these will tend to last very long you know but they are $20 targets for you know all these even and uh let's see if we can put back up all right it was like a good working target assess you the first time I made something like this with these discs and I'm pretty proud of it you know it ain't the the nicest looking construction job but it will uh it'll do you know all we needed to do is get shot with both so it seemed to work out just fine if you want me to make any more targets of these let me let me know in the comments if you have any ideas for targets let me know in the comments something I'm down to try anything that's you know in my pocket forward and that I'm able to do so I hope you enjoyed this and get out and get shooting make some targets I kind of like this target it kind of gives you that you know the metal clinking with the 22 kind of feeling you know it's nice to see the targets just fall out right when you hit them just something to keep keep your artery fresh you know sometimes you shoot targets the same target all day every day you get kind of tired of it that's why I have to meet but it is a bus and that's when I got into shooting moving targets but this keeps you know the stationary target pretty pretty fresh and you could definitely come out here one of your buddies and try to race and see which one you know knock out their targets the quickest yeah Tom James team I'll see you all next time
