hey guys I'm salon Yousef and you're here in my youtube channel and I am obviously cooking in the same clothes as yesterday anyways let's get started we're doing archaea beause everyone is obsessed with Chia at the moment so we are going to do overnight Chia three different ways so our first one is basically you prepare a bowl easier to put it in a jar I already prepared it last night because you have to leave it at least 8 hours in the fridge so we're just gonna do the product together and then see the final product later and plate it so this is bowl number one basically we're gonna use coconut milk for 1 cup liquid it's about 3 tablespoons of chia and then simple 3 tablespoons Chia 1 tablespoon Kokua powder this is the unsweetened one but if you want something sweeter and go for it 1 tablespoon maple syrup some peanut butter I'll probably put a tablespoon as well and some vanilla extract and that's it that's how simple it is so you mix everything together obviously when it's in a jar it's easier to shake I don't have extra jars now so I'm doing it the old-fashioned way so basically this is it you put this in a jar and leave it in the fridge overnight magic here it comes this is the final product which is about 12 hours in the fridge but sometimes four to eight is sufficient now we're just going to plate it as you can see it's almost like pudding with some banana so put the banana in there and I'm gonna put some peanuts for this one there you go this is our first bulb so it's chocolate peanut butter maple syrup coconut milk vanilla so this is bowl number two and this is basically like a champ parado so it's very simple it's just coconut milk coconut cream cocoa powder chia and then to top it off later cocoa nibs again for one cup of a liquid you put three tablespoons of chia so we're gonna put 1/2 cup of coconut milk and 1/2 cup of coconut cream 3 tablespoons of chia 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and that's it I'm gonna mix it with this so this is basically it again put it in a jar leave it overnight in the fridge and you get your final product which is this this one is a little bit thicker because of the coconut cream and then we're basically just going to top it with some cocoa nibs and crushed chocolate since it's quite it's not so sweet it's because I didn't put any sweetener I'm using crunchy bites premium dark chocolate so they're blueberries almonds and dark chocolate winner that's gonna so this is bull number three which is more like the Thai sticky rice so we are going to put a mix of coconut milk coconut cream and then we're gonna top it off later with condensed milk obviously if you don't have coconut milk at home you can use any type of milk almond milk soy milk anything works so half a cup of coconut milk half a cup of coconut cream so there you go put that in there your 3 tablespoons Chia mix that together and basically you just leave this overnight and we get this we're gonna put a little bit of condensed milk and we are going to put our mango so I don't know if you guys know the secret but just grab a glass or throw it's a skin and now we just need to cut it now since this is more of a Thai thing if you want you can top it off with toasted cocoa and there you have it bowl number three we're done so basically guys this is our three cheer bows one was inspired by Thailand by the mango sticky rice one by a Snickers bar because it has chocolate it has nuts and it has peanut butter we're missing the caramel but you can add caramel or our maple syrup like we did and then this one a Filipino champurrado type which is just chocolate and coconut milk and milk basically hey guys there you go if you like it you like it if you don't you don't but I hope you like it anyways guys please subscribe to my channel and click the like button below this is just a really fun channel with everything under the Sun so this is me 100% celeb
