Alright guys, well it's been about three hours
for this twelve pound turkey and I've kept it right around 325. So I am ready to open
it up and get it off the grill and cut it! I have this meat probe here and it is actually
right at 170 degrees. Now the question is if I'll actually be able to get it off.
Without dropping it! Aw man, it smells so good right now! Alright here we go! Oh look at that! Alright and you would hardly be able to tell that that turkey was spatchcocked. Spatchcocked. So now I get to bring this in and let all the guys who have been working out in the
