Please explain how to make linguine w/ shrimp

welcome to Hoffman kitchen today we're going to be making linguine with shrimp it takes about 15 minutes to make it it's simple and it's just just a nice dish to have any time i'm about to a pound public water shrimp it's peeled and deveined i have about three cups of spinach about two cups of cherry tomatoes split in half and i'm using wing today but actually can serve it over rice wild rice or pasta any kind of pasta you prefer so we're going to start with with the pasta so I have here a pot of boiling water salted boiling water and i'll just add on the linguine to the pasta and let it cook for about eight to ten minutes al dente while i'm preparing the rest of the dish so while my pastas cooking i'm going to heat up a frying pan with about 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil and i would put it on medium to high heat and i'm going to fry my shrimps very quickly pull together or two to three minutes about them in May half on each side and a big is the turning red we can start flipping it's one time that's all you do okay my shrimp is done looks very nice I'm going to pump it in the bowl quickly and it's nice and brown and we're going to use this olive oil for our next step okay get my shrimp beautiful okay now put back the frying pan on the fire I'm going to add one about an eighth of a teaspoon of crushed red pepper about three um garlic cloves chopped and you're going to let us okay for about 30 seconds not too much get on then a little bit more olive oil here just up in love olive oil that's a little bit more and again you don't want to let let it brown you do just very quickly in here i'm going to add on about 34 total top white wine and let it simmer for a second and now i'm going to put in my tomatoes it's about two cups of cherry tomatoes and again about three cups of spinach and I'm going to have it cook for a couple of minutes just let it cook through a little bit and we're going to put some salt and crushed black pepper that will spin some black pepper and we're going to put the string right back and simmer for about a minute or so just let it go to room oh it's beautiful it's going to be really really nice this simmer for about a minute and now we're going to add on our pasta into it I'll put the right posture I'd with hot right into the dish you can drain it first as you would like and I like to get a little spin here just for about 30 seconds or so just to do pasta wooden stick and just cook the sauce nicely and here's our pasta beautifully done I'm going to dish out some pasta into my beautiful bowls like to get a little spin here and add on the shrimps that's really beautiful tomatoes here and and here it is
