hey thanks for watching DD Croix with my favorite groomer today we have Gidget I've already groomed her I did her roughen which is I gave her a 7 all over her body 7 head teddy bear face already did her nails or pads I did everything cuz because we're not gonna blow dry her at all she's gonna go home towel towel dry she if you've watched some other videos she's had seizures and she's come to me now since Innova November 2016 she was referred to me by a veterinarian she came from a veterinarian situation where something was happening in that veterinarian where she would walk in to the groomer there and literally started having seizures before they they even went through the door you know so they had to change groomers and I'm glad that they also ended up changing veterinarians which I'm really glad they did that because something that was happening there created that problem so now we are working her out of seizures and this is probably grew number 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 groom number 7 and every now and then she still has a seizure the last one was a seizure so the way we bathed her is I'm trying not to use the water nozzle I have found that that does something so we're gonna go back here I have to do an anal gland expression after that we're gonna do the bath and we're gonna do the bathing in a bucket with soap and then we're gonna empty it and what the whole point of this is not to show you what to do for the bath and stuff the whole point is if we have a seizure today I want to capture it and I want you guys to know how to handle a seizure so when a dogs having a seizure in your care don't let go of the pet grab the pet or or allow the pet to be pushed down it to lay down use it towel and you want to talk to the animal during the whole seizure let them know you're there until they come out of the seizure don't give up on the dog is it possible you can lose this dog in a seizure yes you can lose any anybody a human or a dog in a seizure so you want to be there with the dog so I'm anticipating a seizure and that's why I'm doing the video I want to capture it and show you guys how to handle the seizure nothing else I don't care if you care about the bathing but this is how we bathe okay so here we go and I have to do an anal wind I know you guys hate watching that but it is what it is pet parents are like didi she needs or glands back in time I'll get a second bucket but right now I only have one so I'm gonna do the bathing and then pour it out that's gonna provide a second bucket it would be better on us I need a noose I need a loop can you get me a loop thanks Lou program because Annalise is tough I hope I don't give her a anal seizure during the anal way alone we don't always have to do anal glands if you don't know about anal glands don't pick it up here go watch the anal gland video and you need to talk to a veterinarian or someone who knows what they're doing I'm sorry I'm sorry baby yep they're cool I know right okay I don't like to do the news I'm trying to just try to keep it easy on you guys we got warm water in here you got this you got this you know what we're doing I have a small towel here I'm gonna help Anna get all wet no no no we're not gonna do that we're not doing that today fine come here coming here we're gonna go in here now one here there you go you're good you're good stay stay she's usually not we've run I don't know what's going on today every dog is different so this is just working for her this is may not work for every dog every situation that you're working with the dog is not gonna work for every dog including even that dog up scam so every dog is different you've got to figure out what it is what their problem is what their health issue is and what's gonna trigger things this is warm water it's filling up but I didn't use a sprayer on her okay yeah I don't think we're gonna have a seizure so we open the door I'm gonna because I know it's something with the tub I'm going straight back to the table I'm going to drive her on the table alright thanks for watching thanks for watching my new burger burger no seizure today yay
