what's up guys Adventure next here from invention Excel online comm today we're going to be installing at injured technologies cool their intake I'm looking forward to tackling this installation so click that subscribe button and let's get started alright guys so we're gonna do the unboxing first in front of me I have the inkjet technologies cold air intake and this has a few pretty cool features on it I just named off of you it has what they called the evolution air induction system and it also includes a super nano web dry air filter and so we're gonna check it out and and see what we got here so we got some hose clamps and the instructions so get all this cleaned up and we'll get started first up let's get into the engine bay the first step is to remove both clamps on the intake and the throttle body with a flathead screwdriver once those two clamps are loosened you're gonna remove the two bolts that are on the hose that goes to the radiator once you've got that illusion you're firmly gonna lift up on the engine cover the next step once the clamps are luciene is to remove the intake hose but you want to be careful because there's an air temperature sensor that we're gonna have to remove in the in the next step remember before removing the entire hose make sure you undo the harness they go to the air temperature sensor once you've undone the wiring harness you go on to twist to remove there's an arrow on the actual sensor itself and you want to twist it in the opposite direction of the arrow once you twist it you gotta yank on it and pull it out it's gonna be a little bit tough because this rubber o-ring and the rubber seal on the inside so make sure that you don't damage this on the way out but you got to give it a good pull to get it out of there once you've taken the hose off of the throttle body and the air box you're gonna lift the air box up and disconnect the breather hose the next step is to grab the step down hose and two clamps and attach it to the throttle body when I'm going to put the filter minder onto the air box you're going to grab the rubber garment and you're going to put that in place on the top of the air box then we're gonna grab the rubber hose which is gonna go on the back you're gonna feed this through and connect it to the air filter on the other side we're not gonna grab the air filter itself and the back of the air box and we're gonna connect it to the opposite side of the breather tube once it's on we're gonna bring the clamp around so that we can tighten it in place once you have the air filter connected you're gonna grab the rubber tube that we placed in before and this is gonna go on to the barbed fitting on the front of the air filter we're now able to put the air filter in place now we're gonna use the hardware provided to bolt it in place okay the last step is to put this air shield on top and you're gonna do that using an allen key when I'm gonna drop the new air box in place of the although we're not gonna grab the new hose the rubber grommet and the air temperature sensor and we're gonna fit it in you're first gonna put the rubber grommet in and then you should be able to slide in the air sensor you're now gonna reattach the wiring harness to the air temperature sensor we're then gonna position the air hose back into the throttle body and then add the clamp onto the hose and attach it to the air box I'm gonna slide it on all the way then push down and then slide the clamp over the air box and the air hose once you fill it snug in place you can tighten both clamps I'm gonna go back and make sure all the clamps are tightened now let's reattach the vacuum line get this hose zip tie it in place and then the last step will be to start the engine alright guys now is another installation made easy if you want to see more installations like this be sure to click that subscribe button if you want to learn more about this product I'll leave the link in the description so you can go and check it out go over and check out adventure decks online.com for exclusive adventure decks content and don't forget keep on jeeping I'm Adventure Dex I'm out
