okay so the walls have been skinned three three times now and I did the edges last and now the walls are pretty much smooth now what you want to do here is you're always going to the walls are never going to be perfect or sending areas where where there's uh where's bubbles or a little pin pin in hold so I just go around again without your blade and just break any of those off and with the pencil Circle those areas because you're going to need to reskin them again or if there's any areas where there is marks from on the trowel so just go around and just try to look as close as possible because it's so hard to uh see on the color white where those areas are so white really isn't a good like there's a mark there that was probably caused from the trial so I'm instead of going crazy with sanding that down I'm just going to skim over it again there and that's going to take care of the impression there so and there's there's a there's a line right here I can either seeing this off now or just skim it tight so I'm just going to go down like that and then that's going to take care of that but just make sure to a skin-tight so you don't leave like an edge there and there and so you're just going to go around light light like that first yeah and then what you is a sand so I have this thing here and I'm just going to attach this here and I'm just going to leave via via walls arm aren't dried out I just want to tell you like what what how the sand so you just want to give it a out like sand but like like that this tool is great because it's a straight thing there you can actually work it up into the crown and just pull across there and there is going to be like a slight edge there so just make sure to uh to uh focus on there and towards like the bottom or the outsides there so and what you can do too is you can use one of those sanding pad things especially in like the corners there so there are many different types of of sanding pads but you have to go around in sand so that so that you get a smooth surface so via sanding is actually very in in important and just going just going around like catching those areas where where you might have missed because it's never going to be burn it's always good to uh go around now when you prime the wall you definitely want to use a primer and it always helps to if you tint the primer towards the desired topcoat and what that is going to do is is once you prime it and if there are any areas that need to be fixed when you go over them with the joint compound this joint compound it obviously drives white so you don't want to use like a white primer because then we have to go over and fix those areas it's going to be harder to see to find those areas again to sand and then reprime so it always helps if you tend to primer a different color than then white so that when you go to make your repairs that the repairs are going to drive white and they're going to be easy to a spot and just to us and and and then reprime so so those are the tips and techniques to up to a skip go to wall and then to sand it down thank you for watching
