all right I am doing a show and hoping the mine come on camera do not collapse on me can I talk I don't think so so anyways what this is is a package of frozen edamame or at a bomb bay as we call it around here sometimes just be funny and I think that the reason why people stay clear of edamame is because they don't know how to cook it or eat it or anything so I'm going to show you how to not only cook it but eat this stuff because it can be very very delicious that's what the tutorial will be on tonight it's a mnemonic so I have my oven on 400 degrees preheating and it will be cooking for a half hour and I'm going to show you what I'm going to do so will be happier if you have a pot of butter and I'm going to put about this much butter a pat let's put a pound of butter on the bottom of my pan here then I'm going to cut a little bit of olive oil then we're going to but can some edamame and I set the whole package of edamame is in there then we want some of this it's sriracha chili hot chili sauce and we're going to put some of that in there however much you like you don't want a whole whole whole bunch you just want enough that the butter and the olive oil will mix with it and make a spicy seasoning sauce for your in a moment then what you want to do is you want to salt and pepper it give a generous amount then you want to use your hand it's just like meatloaf it's the best best mixer cause it's kind of fun because it at a moment's feel kind of cool now see with the edamames on some people think you can eat the show which I'm supposing if you have like really strong teeth you probably could but the shell is actually very very on fibrous and so most people don't want to eat the shell you just want to eat the little minimal maze inside and that it's stirred up and it's going to go in be 400 degree oven for a half-hour and then I will come back for a taste test and show you how to eat these babies it's going to be really really good so stay tuned when your Pepsi is like really really cold that's not yeah when your top is really really cold as I'm talking about okay I am back as my taste test and I ate most of these edamames already and they were delicious I happen to love them now that I know how to fix them but I have to say like at one time I was also scared of the edamame I mean I bought like the kindness in the package that's like dry it or roasted or whatever and I wasn't like a huge fan of those like I bought a bunch because I thought was going to be healthy but I didn't eat most of them I have to admit but these are like really good these are the frozen ones they have a nice piece and now this is the way I eat them is kind of big kind of like sunflower seeds I kind of like with my teeth just kind of like oh yeah I should show you with the middle that's what the middle looks like right here and some people like you know Shelby's and make salads out of them and all kinds of stuff that you can do but I just didn't like to use my hand to my teeth and kind of guide them out and then when you're doing that you get like the nice salt and pepper bite to it and the sriracha and the butter and the flavoring is on the shelf but I really have found from my experience that the shell is not like a pea pod and when you try to chew it up it's like it's impossible I mean I don't think just trying to eat me but the stuff in the middle is it's really really good so I'm going to go French arrest the visa I just wanted to show you at a moment can be a secret little treat that you never knew about but give it a try don't be intimidated like I was kind of thing sunflower seeds and a taste and if you prepare them correctly it can be really awesome even like soy sauce and because if you use or I don't know experiment and then let me know what you tried and that's it alright thanks for joining me on this episode up Sue's quick and Edie Edie just quick and Edie edamame Edda Bombay issue edition I can't talk tonight alright I better go love you guys wait a spices
