Please explain how to make a low calorie hawaiian pizza

hello greetings to everyone welcome to fat loss cooking channel i am your host john paul tonight we are going to make a pizza so why are we gonna make a pizza i think pizza is one of those uh foods that is typically forbidden on a typical diet i mean it's not necessarily bad it's just most pizza i mean the average pizza shall i say contains about 300 calories or more and i was i'm talking about a slice not the whole box so um tonight i'm going to make a lower calorie version of a personal hawaiian pizza let's do some cooking i show you guys the ingredients let us preheat our oven to 400 degrees very first ingredient is a sara lee pita bread personally i prefer to use 100 whole wheat over the white version simply because it contains um three grams two grams of fiber while the white version which is the regular version contains only one gram so basically we're going to use one slice of pita bread and we are going to use it as the dough that's the pizza though second ingredient it's a is a low fat shredded mozzarella cheese you don't have to buy anything fancy and they're pretty much the same even if you buy the store brand so save your money go get the store brand and also we're going to use a deli ham meat so this is gonna be our protein source and we are also gonna need some pineapple chunks tomato paste garlic powder and oregano leaves now when it comes to the preparation of the pizza i prefer to to use the scale because this if you do it this way this is going to make the process easier so basically tear this food scale into zero before you put the tomato paste you need um 33 grams of tomato paste which of course can highly vary depending on the brand that you are using then just spread it out evenly don't be afraid to use your hands as long as you're washing your hands it should be good get the leftovers now make sure to zero the scale out sprinkle the mozzarella cheese you need about 28 grams of mozzarella cheese now you can put the spices sprinkle some garlic powder some oregano leaves zero it out then spread the pineapple chunks you're going to use about 61 grams of pineapple chunks zero it out change the scale into ounces spread you will you will want to spread the ham evenly up to 2 ounces you may also use canadian bacon if you like but i simply use ham because i got this ham on sale the other day from the deli and i was able to really buy cheap i only paid six dollars for a pound and a half i think so i think it's really a good bargain by this time our oven should be hot enough for us to bake the pizza so just get a baking tray lay uh an aluminum foil and put beets on top and we can bake it now after baking your pizza for about 10 minutes your pizza should look something like this look at that it's real pizza all right now after doing some math i the total calories of the whole pizza came up to 255 calories 21 grams of protein 7 grams of fat and 28 grams of carbohydrates i don't know about you but i like eating my pizza with some tabasco hot sauce and tabasco hot sauce is one of those condiments that you can really abuse because it doesn't contain that many calories in it anyway i will see you again in the next episode of fat loss cooking channel bye
