did I go ice Creek yeah well today I've got a fantastic and charmed recipe for you the ice and chef is at it again and I'll tell you what she has created one of the tastiest simplest and easiest sort of dishes that is pure authentic Chinese do you've ever had can't wait to whip it up for you let's get into it this kitchen so for this all we're gonna need is three eggs a bunch of garlic chives and we'll use about half a tablespoon of vinegar so first thing we need to do is cut our chives into about inch sections now add your little bit of vinegar in with the eggs and whisk that through okay so grab yourself a nice big saucepan we'll add some oil into it once that oils head it will pour the eggs in now the reason we added the vinegar in was just to make it a little bit brighter and whiter and also to add a little bit more flavor it also gives the eggs a little bit of a different texture and cook a little bit differently so now once those eggs are pretty much cooked we'll throw all the chives in and we'll add about a teaspoon of salt to that as well and we'll just fry the tarts on one side for about thirty seconds and then we'll mix it all together and we cook the chives for about a minute or two or until the choice of old will fit well how simple is that that's that dish done so let's just plate this up and we'll tuck on in for the old garlic sauce and eggs all righty well there's that garlic chives and eggs I just cooked up but tell you what smells absolutely delightful so let's give it a go whoa steaming that stuff's good well guys I really hope you enjoy that I'll tell you what for so few ingredients it packs so much flavor I'll tell you what tastes amazing you do give it a go up today hey yours turns out remember so this video some thumb and love thanks for watching I'll see you next time right here on Greg's kitten
