who's ever done battle with one of these if you go looser in bits and your word is mighty pinching the corners of your horse's mouth sometimes people like to put a bit guard on when they're new they can be quite stiff I'm going to show you my tip for getting these on some people like to soak them in hot water maybe use a bit of ferreting quick to get them a little bit slimy up obviously if you get thrown it could on your horses bit please wash it off when it goes in this mouth you might not thank you for that anyway you can use bit binder twine I've just grabbed anything I can think of really in this case I've got a couple of spare leg strap threading the leg strap through I've got one on each side so go to tread on one end and I'm going to use the other end to structure you can do the thing with a bit of binder twine and also if you're ever trying to get one of these martingale lozenges onto the centerpiece I'm gonna try to get it over the Marty gal rings again you can stretch it a little bit with some string through either end get someone to help people on the other end or just do like I did use your foot I hope you've enjoyed watching today's video if you did please hit that like button and subscribe to my youtube channel and if you've got any comments pop them in the box below I'd love to ring them
