okay remember we still have this this one piece left half of its already now so what we'll do is we're coming in and kept us now that we don't need any more of this we'll come in and cut this back seven eight seven well will Michael fifteen sixteenths and then run our router across there and see how that works out so we got a little bit more girl I must say maybe all heavy sixteenth easy eight well I don't know if you want to call that good or no I may take it down another 30 seconds because you know paint is gonna take up a little bit of room so I'll take it down another 30 seconds yep we're gonna call it good just needs a little bit of sign it here and there but we're ready to go now all we got to do now is just cut in for our glazing rails because we want the same diameter on the bottom as we have on the top okay we've got this done then we better cut it down to size this is thirteen sixteenths this one is a while this one is 9/16 so that's gonna be four sixteenths off at each side or snow - sixteen okay eighth of an inch off of each side of this one so we need to touch eight and an eight okay we got this thunk cut down now what you need to do you gotta find the exact length from fillet to fillet which is seven and 1/16 so we need to cut it exactly seven and 1/16 of an inch okay one thing I forgot to mention as you need to cut all this stuff down to the right depth and I didn't do that but in any case you'll probably take a little bit more time because I'm sure you're gonna be working on your own window now what we got to do is we got to come in and at this point and the other point we need to do a a 45 degree just snip off the end just a little bit because we have to mater the inside of this you know a lot of people don't like these little pan or miter saw because of all the electric stuff but could this little small stuff I love it you don't have to drag out - oils and cords and everything else just to make a couple little cuts but what I'm gonna do it's from heat well Emily I'm gonna go ahead and just cut it that way I'd show you see I got those miners cut back and now what we do is we come in here coat this to here so that we can get it to fit up inside our other ones I see these coke cuts now let's see if it'll fit inside our our window frame all right yeah we got them in there I mean I know it's not in there perfectly straight but all we do now is just we up all the the joints and things so I'm going to do right now and then we'll up well be done with it and it's just a matter of putting her glass in and of course we'll cut it down to size all right let's check our window now you see we've got that little corner there down got everything fit got it cocked up real nice got our joint filled at our Mulligan sitting there we've got our bullion sitting there my joint fell there got our joint tail there turn it around to the back oh boy everything's always in the way okay that cup Terrace is from it's just loose glazing there they've got a glazing rail glazing rail a button fitting Mulligan fitting a joint blazing rail remember probably tore up all that lumber trying to get that nail out of there well you can use bondo in this case I just threw some caulking in there so really we're in pretty good shape this one too other than putting a glass back in I've got my glazing thing video that you can watch for reglazing and glazing whatever but what I would do before you do anything is soak all this lumber down with linseed oil and I'll give you a little advice especially on windows you know they take a heck of a beating with water it's not the water that's standing on the outside of the window it's the water that gets in between the cracks and sits there that's what starts here that's what starts your rotting so you want to soak it down really good and if you can leave it out lay it flat overnight whatever and that goes for inside and out it'll dry overnight now don't flood it you want to just brush it in because it will soak in if you put it on too thick then you're gonna have some issues with I'm gonna just call it orange peel problems so just just lightly Tong all it wipe it all down let it set overnight because you want it to get in all the cracks and crevices okay but now when you get ready to put it in course you will have to cut it down and do all your rope stuff but that's no problem if you can do this kind of worked and you you won't have any trouble at all cutting in for the ropes and the weatherstrip you
