hey guys welcome back to the channel if you want to see what I do with this fireplace stick around I'm going to whitewash it or something like that so stay with me guys and let's do this and it's a really white color lime wash paint so what I'm going to do first instruction calls for us to wash the bricks wet them down first so I'll do that first and then the instructions also call for the paint to be mixed with with water and it depends on how deep you want this your lime wash to be so I'm not sure how much I want of the actual red brick to show so we'll see as we go along and paint how much we're going to leave out so I have everything got my blue painters tape down I got my plastic on the floors and this should be a pretty easy job they say that it dries in like 30 minutes so what we'll be using is this brush this is the bucket we'll be using to put the paint in prior to use right to wash down the bricks first and we do some I'll be putting order in this just to to watch down the bricks so what I recommend is after you put this on and it's all diluted and everything you put it on the bricks if you want to you're not happy with the color too dark or too deep for you use a squirt bottle go back and just squirt it on the bricks and rub it down so we'll see how it goes I'm not sure if I'm going to have to do that or I like the first pass pass rather so my first pass on the fireplace this is pretty good but I don't know if I'm gonna give it another coat or not but I like how it looks so far so we'll see [Applause]
