Please explain how to make raspberry cordial/squash & jam

today we'll be making raspberry cordial and for this recipe we will be using 500 grams of raspberries I'm using frozen ones then 500 grams of sugar I use half raw half castor sugar a splash of vinegar 2 tablespoons a fine sieve and just a nice jar there's a good lid on it rose breeze no sugar splash of vinegar to just rate tablespoons turn it up to medium just keep stirring so the sugar doesn't burn you could always cook the raspberries first and then just add the sugar once the raspberries are melted but I just chuck it all in together color just clean your job I also like to sterilize it with a little bit of alcohol just a little splash and just close it just get it all the way around it should be quite melted and breaking up I sort of squeeze them against the side of the pot so that it becomes all liquid that way you don't go through the sieve a lot you will get a lot more out of it it will start foaming up a little bit which is fine you starting to bubble away which is good smells amazing guys just beautiful sweet raspberry smell I went to buy a cordial raspberry coil for my baby shower none of them had real raspberries in it so I just decided to make my own and just been making it ever since because it's so I'll be amazed how her young it is plus it's a lot healthier and has no you know preservatives or baddies that's pretty much ready that's been on for about 20 minutes cooking away as soon as it turns all liquidy and there's no real big chunks it's pretty much ready now just turn the heat off and just let it stand for a bit before you strain it you don't want hot lava pouring into glass so just let it cool down a little bit but not too much because you don't want it to start to thicken up so just enough to so it's not boiling hot maybe five minutes I would say it would be good let's get a little hot see suicide once you have strained it you should be left with lots of pulp just put it back in the pot let me start it with and you add 300 mils of boiling water and you pour it in this mixture and because the cordial that you have now is way too thick to be oils more like jam you will strain this as well and add it to it this time round it's a lot easier because it's a bit more watery about that much cordial process again it's starting around you want to squeeze as much of the hog crap it's this but I'll show you what I do next cuz I don't actually know the pomp away now you should be left with a whole bottle of cordial which you just leave it out of the fridge to let it cool and a whole pot of pulp you know I'll just get a sterilized jar just spoon it in there it makes an amazing Jam
