Please explain how to burp homemade sauerkraut

hi i am going to show you mostly for my one friend who wanted to see just how i left air out of these jars of fermented stuff real quick it's super easy the important thing is not to take the lid off because all the oxygen that goes in can ruin the fermentation so literally i just crack it just a little i don't know if you could hear it went like just a little buns back there like being crazy um so and now there's the the lid pushes in you can tell the pressure has been released so i have um a couple more that need to be um just like once or twice a day i look at them and see oh yeah i don't know sometimes you can see some bubbles go up and then admittedly this one i've made to fall so a lot of liquid has been coming out when i burp this one but now it's not too bad most of the expansion has happened now it's been like a couple days and when the top is like when you can push the top down i just tighten it back up because um this one actually like leaked some juice even though i had to tighten up the lid on pretty good and then um yeah so that's it the only thing you have to remember is don't take the lid all the way off see ya
