hey big booty Judy welcome back to my channel in this video I'm gonna be showing you how to prepare a big booty smoothie this is going to if you're trying to gain weight if you're trying to gain mass muscle mass this is the smoothie or shake for you so I'm first adding some frozen bananas that's about one banana it looks a little brown because it's been in my freezer but it's just right I'm also adding four tablespoons of oatmeal so this is gonna thicken up this shape this is for the ladies out there who are looking to gain mass okay maybe your slimmer and you want to round out your body and give yourself something to work with oatmeal is gonna help you do that so we have the oatmeal in there the key ingredient here is the maca powder okay maca powder not only gives you energy it helps to build muscle mass okay so this shake that we're making is to be drink to is to be consumed after your workout okay so use the protein powder of choice this is my designer protein powder Pro 30 and you're going to use a big heaping scoop this is also a plant-based protein that's how big my scoop is if your scoop is smaller put two in but you look how much protein powders in there it's a big scoop we're building mass so we want to have that protein in there next we're using some Justin's almond butter I am gonna use a heaping tablespoon of that if you don't like almond butter butter you can use peanut butter and things like that but I prefer this because it doesn't have a lot of those bad oils in it so I'm putting that in there most of the greens up until now are dry so we're gonna add in some nutmilk so I am using almond milk and some coconut beverage milk from Trader Joe's just to mix it up but you can use whatever you like I prefer milk almond milk or in some type of nut milk I don't drink dairy milk but if that's what you drink you can also add that to here I would recommend some 2% if you're doing regular milk so I added about 4 ounces of milk in total maybe like 2 ounces of the coconut and then maybe like 4 ounces of the almond milk so like 6 that's like 6 ounces of water of almond milk so from there as you can see my cup is filling up I'm going to add some cacao nibs now these are nutrient rich they are a superfood a very powerful antioxidant this will help for you to absorb the nutrients in this protein shake and it helps with giving the shake a nice chocolatey taste now the protein powder I use was chocolate but it's a very light chocolate taste this just brings the chocolate out even more so I love to add those and lastly I'm gonna add in some ground nutmeg and some ground cinnamon just for flavor bring out all those flavors that are in this be very light handed with the nutmeg and I don't like that much cinnamon so I just put a tap or two in there and yeah next I'm going to add in just one packet of stevia I run out of my liquid stevia but I don't use real sugar just because the cacao nibs are a little bitter as well as the maca powder I wanted to add a little bit of stevia just to bring out some of the sweetness so before I mix I'm going to mix everything with a spoon just to scrape some of the sides there and get everything already mixed before I put it in the blender I suggest you do this when you have a lot of dry ingredients you're adding into your smoothie or your shake so I'm putting on the top of the jar for my nutribullet and I'm gonna shake one last time and then I'm gonna put it on there for about 30 seconds to a minute I like my smoothies blended really well I don't want any chunks of anything I want it to taste like a milkshake so as you can see it's looking like a chocolate peanut butter delicious almond buttery milkshake yeah so I am gonna grab a glass jar because I prefer to drink things out of glass I'm weird and look at that thickness mmm you can't tell me this is not a milkshake alright pour it into your glass of choice if you're not working out now put it in the fridge and drink after your workout remember we're building mass so we don't want to burn this off and I'm gonna taste it because it looks so good and yes girl it's approved so let me know if you guys try this and I'll see you in my next one bye
