hey YouTube as you can see I got some insoles in front of me right now these insoles came with my sneakers this one right here probably came from my bread fours these came with those bread Thirteen's and the Fila right here claim it obviously goes to grant Hills the reason I had these laid out is because somebody left a comment asking me how I'm able to keep the Jumpman logos on my insole from peeling and I mentioned this before how I do it but um he asked me to make a video so I'm gonna make this video real quick just to explain how I do this alright there's different ways to do it um a long time ago I started off by just getting tape and taping it over the jump man but um I don't like how that looks this looks tacky to me and when you decide to peel off the tape the jump man will um be attached to the tape and come off alright so another thing I started doing after that was I got on like a heel cup you could use this it's pro foot goodbye tees anywhere and what you do is um you put this inside your shoe and I'm basically all the frictional from your heel just goes on to this and it prevents the Jumpman from peeling off so they need this works too but um I stopped using it because um I wear my shoes really loose like the laces so what happens is um my foot tends to UM move a little bit so the heel this heel cup moves also so actually I think it on my white cement fours like the jump man the ball right here kind of it kind of peeled off a little bit so I stopped doing this method and what I did now I'm doing now is I went ahead and I bought like one of these insoles this I bought this from thank god this one Sports Authority but you get this insole a tall shoe stores and champs or whatever it's called so soft it's like 19 bucks but it's good quality it's really good and I got the one for high arc right here because I do have a high arc you have a flat foot and they have one for you too based on the shape of your foot all right so I use this now instead of the original insoles whenever I buy a shoe I remove the original insoles and I put these in the shoe so you know I don't have to worry about anything because there's no insult I mean the original insole is not in it you only mean so that way the insole is brand new you know what I mean and when I'm done wearing it I take these back off and I put the original insults back into the shoe clean up the shoe and put it back in the box all right now when you're doing that when you're moving the insole some of them are heavily glued and some of them are not like these came out easily these were the bread fours what's not really glued on much show came up easily now some shoes they're glued on really hard like the Feliz they were glued on real hard and actually some of the foam from the insole kind of broke off so I had to like glue it back on here and the way I am what I did was I got a piece of tape taped it over here so that that he's adhesive glue is now covered so now whenever I I want to wear my shoes and I remove the insole this comes off real easy it's not it doesn't um stick to the bottom of the shoe anymore as you can see this is heavily heavily glued and I also put tape right there too so it's not it's no longer gonna adhere to the insole anymore so when I put it in and out it's just easy you know remove okay and then like I said I put this in so on and it makes a shoe more comfortable man you guys should try it you could also get like the cheap ones if you want this one right here I got for my Walmart it's like a cheap bun again it's a pro foot I think it was like four bucks five bucks just trim it to your sides of your foot you know this is an inexpensive way so it's not as comfortable in my opinion then on you know these ones but you know some people don't want to spend 20 bucks on an insole so you could get a cheap one instead but uh but yeah man that's pretty much it that's all I do and um all my jump bands are intact and for me that's just something that I I have a OCD with like I don't like the jump man coming off a dispute it makes me feel like the shoe is up you know I just don't like it I like the shoe to look clean I clean all my shoes even the bottom of the shoe you know I'm saying that's why especially white shoes I have to clean them I don't like seeing the bottom dirty after i worm I clean them off check my other bid how I do that but yeah that's it man so your shoes will look pretty good for years you know ten down ten years down the road you'll still have this jump man on the insole okay so that's um that's basically that where to put a person last move that's how you do it man just remove the the insole put whatever insole you choose in and that's it all right just be careful when you remove them and something like I said some insoles are glued on really really really good so you know remove it carefully first comes to worse if you can't remove it just um put two and put the in so on top of it like that and the shoe will fit a little bit tighter but um if you use the heel cup it won't really mess with the fit but it's only up to it's only up to the middle of your foot all right so also if you if you buy a shoe that's like a size up I usually wear eight and a half if this nine and a half then I would just get this in so and put it in over the original in so double - doubled the padding and then the shoe will fit fine you know what I mean another question I got from somebody they asked me why do I um Ziploc you know all the the paper and all that the reason I do that is because the paper it causes the shoe to yellow all right like the midsole or I see so it's going to yellow faster so that's the reason why I skipped lock the paper you could also shift lock the shoe if you want but I don't do that because I don't want leather to crack all right so that's basically it guys um rate comment subscribe I haven't been confident lately because nothing has been coming out that I want I already have the playoff eights so I'm gonna be getting the new ones that are come out I passed on the Bugs Bunny ones that just came out the white ones but um you know that if something comes up that I want um I get
