hey yo its Tommy here from raw blend today I'm going to show you how to make raw superfood protein bars so easy to do I love making these all the time such a quick easy snack we're going to make it right here in my Vitamix machine so I'm gonna start with 3/4 of a cup of nuts I'm using almond nuts you can use cashew nuts and Brazil nuts doesn't matter oh my god I'm going to put in 1 cup of dried fruit so any sort of dried fruit we can use I'm using raisins but you could use dried apricots dates and they go I'm gonna put in half a cup of trail mix this is a pura vida' just with chia seeds and flax seeds things like that half a cup and it goes and 2 tablespoons of raw cacao cacao nibs rather I'm using our loving earth raw cacao absolutely delicious guys I'm going to put in 1 tbsp of hemp protein this is new this is our Lorex hemp protein made in New Zealand absolutely delicious but one tablespoon and I'm going to add some super foods as well 1 TSP of loving Earth Maki Maki berry and 1 TSP of greens superfoods that's by our green nutritionals absolutely delicious and all those products are available for purchase on our website so that looks pretty good now what I'm going to do I'm going to lock my lid into place I'm going to pulse it on speed 5 4 5 or 6 times so you're ready alright now I'm going to work the speed up to speed 10 up onto high speed whilst using the tamper I'm going to wait for it to get a high-pitched sound and then I'll start using the tamper I'll wait for it to get a high-pitched sound again and then I'll use the tamper so here we go you beautiful that's how easy it is so I almost forms like it like a dog inside the container that I'm gonna turn my container upside down you can just wait for that it's actually going to fall out of the container to give the blades a little bit of a twist there if you like should fall down any second now put a little tap with being a bit stubborn and wait guys will come straight out of a container like that let's give that blade a little bit of bit of spin to get any excess off and then we have it so got a raw superfood protein bar so what I can do that's nice and warm get that beautiful I can roll that into a ball you get a rolling pin and just roll that out work that out I can make slices out of it all I can make you know little protein balls out of it no one have you prefer to do and you can just get a bit of shredded coconut no sprinkle that on there delicious you're ready to go let's try some of that so so good and that's going to keep in the fridge for about five days absolutely beautiful enjoy
