what's up guys this is your boy Ron Legend coming to you from classic us barbershop once again another one of the common questions that I get axed or problems that barbers are saying that they're having is adjustment of their clipper blades and I got frequently extra question more so with wall than with andis maybe more so because people that follow me know I use more wall than Andy's so that could be why that's specifically the specifics of that questions relate more to wall when you're adjusting your clipper blades it's not just a matter of getting your blades even across there you have to actually pay attention to how your blades kick up when the clipper is powered on so even if you have the Clippers turn off and they're even the blade might be kick up uneven with the Clipper powered on so you may have to offset your blade if the kick if the Clipper kicks up on this particular side you may have to slant the blade just a little bit when you're adjusting it and actually adjust it crooked so when you power the Clipper on this I will kick up even and another thing is side to side blade movement one of the reasons that people have issues with Clippers pulling here and other things is the cutting blade is supposed to move evenly from side to side so the blade needs to be adjust to when you turn the Clippers own that cutting blade is moving evenly from side to side it shouldn't favor more so to one side or the other side it should be moving evenly back and forth you can get a look at that you can see that this blade is evenly from side to side now with the Clipper off you see the blade is set more the cutting blade is sitting more to this side but that's how I had to adjust it in order to get it to move evenly once I power it on but that's just the tip guys when you're doing your adjustments you want to make sure that you pay attention to how the Clipper moves the blade once it's powered on I have a ton of all on my clipper blades I've been pulling them and dipped them before I left Saturday so I have excess oil that I need to wipe off but you want to make sure that you adjust it to accommodate once the torque of the motor Kix on things are evenly set and they move evenly back and forward sometimes if you have room enough to adjust your tension up if the cutting blade is sitting more towards this side and it's just a little bit from being even you can power your tension up maybe a half a notch and that will move the cutting blade to that side and it should be even from that but that's only if it's just a little bit off and uh you know and you want to actually bump your power up a little bit but you know if you do it too much the Clippers will make the loud you know clattering sound but that's just a tip guys I wanted to share with you guys you know been getting asked that question that's one of my secrets and that's just something that I had to learn over time so hopefully that helps you you know as always comment rate subscribe and share this video got any other questions comments or suggested videos just let your board know and I will try to make it happen it is Sunday night and I am back on my video grind in here just for you guys trying to get it done so until next time guys peace
