hey guys it's got my Vitamix out here gonna make some powdered sugar here show you how that's done in the Vitamix basically she's got two ingredients for this she's got about a cup and a half of sugar and a tablespoon of cornstarch it's what it calls for there so I'm gonna go ahead and dump the sugar in I am actually gonna use the wet blade for this I'm not really grinding the sugar like you do when you're grinding grain so you can use the wet bleed for it a little bit of cornstarch there pop the lid on let's see what speed it says to use here yep does say to use speed ten start on the low speed work it up Ken I'm gonna use the highest speed the variable speed him you definitely want to make sure the containers nice and dry when you're making something like this or it can get kind of clumpy if you have any moisture in there ten there there's only about 30 seconds or so the high-speed should be about it pop the lid off there pour this out you can get a good look at it oh yeah that's pretty powdery so there you go fresh powdered sugar in the Vitamix in about 30 seconds
