Please explain how to fill a cupcake pan with batter

Kitchen here today to show you how to properly fill a baking cup for cupcakes most cupcake project or recipes will
call for you to fill your pan two-thirds full with cake batter and
it's important to do that so that each cup cake bakes evenly and
also so that your final baked cupcakes are about the same size one really easy way to do that is to use
Scoop Its as you can see Scoop Its come in three
sizes so that no matter if you're making a mini
cupcake a standard or the Jumbo you have a proper
two-thirds fill every time let me show you how they work
come off the ring just like this and I have my baking pan prepared with my baking cups my muffin pan and I'm just going to scoop the batter here so that I know that it's full and just
put it right into that baking cup and that way you know you have two thirds
every time very simple very clean and perfectly precise now have another way to show you how to
fill a baking pan and that is a sneak peek of the batter tip which
will be available in April 2013 this is a two-piece tip that comes apart
screws off just like that and what you do with the batter tip is
you get a disposable decorating bags I'm have a
16 inch here because it's a little bit easier to use a larger bag with this because I don't want to have to refill my bag as
often. You just open it up you're gonna cut a hole in the bag and
drop the first piece down inside making sure that the hole that you've
cut is large enough for the ring to actually come through so
that's good and then you just simply twist the
other half on the outside of the bag to connect them
and it's that simple I'm going to use a pint glass, a
tall glass, to support my bag while I fill it because cake batter can be a
little bit loose and I'm just going to pour my cake
batter into my bag with the tip filling it about half
to two-thirds full and squeezing it closed and as you can see there's no drips
which is great and then you just squeeze apply pressure for the batter to come out you just
squeeze into your cups about two-thirds fall and as you can see after I release the
pressure on the bag there is no dripping so it's very clean just like that and this is also a great
way to fill your baking cups for cupcakes both of these are ideal for getting your
perfect two-thirds fill every time
