Please explain how to make a raw cucumber salad spiralized austrian verawonica foodie food girl

gonna make a traditional cucumber salad using my spear Lizer and I have it on just the normal blade I don't have it on the the curly blade I have it on the flat blade on my sterilizer and you can see oh my gosh look at this it's like a big long confetti chain it's really great I love it so we spin this all the way down oh good cucumber is so cleansing and it's so great my grandmother used to take the peels from the cucumber and she would wash her face in it it was pretty amazing so now we have this big bowl of salad or I should say cucumber and put it into a sort of a bowl I'm gonna work with and what I do is I just sort of cut these up because I think they're fun put these in the salad too they're healthy they're kind of neat when you see them in there and then what I do is I use cumin or caraway seeds ground this one happens to be from Italy or India which is really nice I love the taste of it so I put a lot of it in there and then this one here is paprika it's from Spain and you can never have enough paprika in your cucumber salad now the other thing that I do is I like big long slices of onion in my salad so what I've done I'm just peeling a red onion I'm just taking my slicer and I've got it on the smallest or thinnest setting and I just sliced it a couple of times now if you're worried it comes with a guard and you can just you know use the guard to slice it and like I said I like big slices so if you want to cut that you're more than welcome to do so I may just take some scissors and cut it maybe once or twice or a couple times easy to do and then all I do is I add apple cider vinegar and of course I happen to like Bragg raw organic apple cider vinegar and then I have some of my salt that I've made myself I didn't make the salt I have made the ingredients in the salt and it's four different herbs that I dehydrated and then I pulped and the recipe is in my blog and I might post it below this video and so now right here we go and so now we're going to have an Austrian cucumber salad now again if you don't like all these just take your scissors and cut it into little pieces you know so you don't have a big long string on your plate I happen to like it I think it's fun and so the other thing you can do is you can put some herbs in there now it is winter here in Toronto so it's very hard to get any kind of fresh herbs unless you go to the grocery store so I'm gonna go to my freezer these are chives from my garden and I'm just gonna put them in here now what I do is at the end of the season I cut them into little pieces like that and I put them in a baggie and I freeze them and then that way I've got chives in my salad which I like as well so there you go you want to add pepper go for it whatever you like and I have to tell you this is so good it's so refreshing and let's see if I can see look at this okay I'll get a great big piece and I don't mind I love it so so so good cooler quick and easy cucumber Austrian solid okay I'll talk to you soon pretty food girl
