today's tip is about tempering chocolate don't worry if you don't want to take the time to temper your chocolate it won't look as beautiful and shiny but it'll still taste delicious simply microwave your chocolate at fifty percent power start off with two minute increments and each time do it for half the amount as the time previous so go down to one minute then 30 seconds and 15 seconds you're hoping to get the chocolate melted while keeping the temperature as low as possible ideally like your chocolate to be body temperature so feel free to test a little bit on your wrist and if it's too hot then you know you've melted it a little too much and let it sit at room temperature for a little while and don't forget you can always add some solid dark chocolate chips to it to bring down that temperature
