hello everyone welcome back to Hershey's kitchens with another recipe today I am going to show a quick mud cake recipe in two variations one is vanilla cake and other one is chocolate mud cake if you like this recipe please click the like button below and do not forget to subscribe my channel for vanilla mug cake take a coffee mug and grease it with butter nicely and add in 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour in it then we will add 3 tablespoons of melted butter add in a teaspoon of vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon baking powder a pinch of baking soda 4 tablespoons of condensed milk a pinch of salt now mix this thoroughly by that there should not be any lumps in it take help of some milk if you feel it is needed now the batter is ready that should look like this little bit pouring consistency I will give it enough tabs by that the mixture sets evenly I will pop it into microwave and cook it for about 3 minutes after three minutes our vanilla mud cake is ready you can run a toothpick into it nothing sticks to the toothpick that means our vanilla cake is ready you can do it with some frosting topping on top of it I am using readily available vanilla frosting this optional and sprinkle some sugar strands on top of it now the tasty vanilla mac cake is ready which will be ready in three minutes that looks very soft and mouth-watering now we will go ahead and see how to prepare chocolate mud cake for chocolate mud cake take a coffee mug and grease it with some butter or oil add in about 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder a pinch of baking soda one tablespoon of cocoa powder three tablespoons of melted butter four tablespoons of sugar use castor sugar a pinch of salt a teaspoon of vanilla essence three to four tablespoons of whole milk mix it thoroughly by that there should not be any lumps in it you can use some more milk if you want now the batter is ready if you want you can drop some chocolate cooking chocolate into it this is optional this is to give some extra chocolaty look now I am going to pop it into a microwave and cook it for about three minutes before that just shake it shake the mark by that third mixture sets evenly after three minutes our chocolate mug cake is ready run a toothpick into it if nothing sticks to the toothpick then our cake is ready sprinkle some sugar strands on top of it or you can top it with some chocolate syrup or yummylicious chocolate mud cake is ready which is very spongy and smooth crumbly texture as well it took me around ten minutes to make both the cakes which actually satisfies your sweet tooth and this is ideal for evening snack which will be ready in minutes so friends please give a try and leave your valuable feedback in the below comment section and do not forget to Like and subscribe my channel thank you so much for watching see you all with another recipe bye bye
