this is tripp he's my four-year-old ginger and white male cat and we're going to show you how to groom him today i've got two types of grooming brushes one is a comb with two different sizes of teeth and one is a zoom groom so we're going to start with the comb and we're going to use this to get any tufts of fur from the hair so we just use it and brush it along like this most of the time you'll find the tufts towards the back around the bottom area so we're going to give that a good combing over to make sure we haven't got any and all down his back as you can see we are getting a lot of dead hair out in the comb and he doesn't mind it either they quite enjoy it good boy okay so as you can see we do have a lot of dead hair in there but there are no toughs so i'm now going to move on to the zoom groom this is a nice rubber soft rubber brush and it's very good for removing dead hair from the coat so we're just going to use it in long stroking motions across the back and around the sides to remove any dead hair and they really enjoy this as well because it's a nice soft brush you can see i'm getting quite a bit of dead hair off and we just do it until we've got
