hi i'm holly silva and i've been a crafts expert for 15 years and today i'm going to show you how to decorate hearts for a bulletin board so here i have a really cool piece of satin ribbon that we are going to hang onto a bulletin board but first we're going to take this little heart that we cut out using a cry cut machine for those of you who don't know what a crycut machine it is in fact a machine that you that cuts out lots of different shapes and saves a ton of time for you so you can either use a cray-cut machine or you can just cut it by hand which is just as simple all right so you're just going to dab a little bit of elmer's glue onto the ribbon just a tiny bit and place your heart on top of that now i've got this really cool pink foil garland from the 99 cent store for 99 cents and i'm just going to cut off a little piece of the garland a little heart just to add a little bit of an embellishment effect to this heart the simplest things make the coolest changes and you know look the coolest sometimes on different decorations now what we're going to do is we're going to let this dry now once this dries it should be very simple i like to keep it simple so i'm only going to do this one little heart because chances are if you're decorating everywhere you're going to have enough valentine's decorations all over the place just keep it very simple on your bulletin board you don't want to take a whole lot of space up for your busy schedule so once it dries take your ribbon and pin it up at the very top or even at the at the top of your heart or even glue it or stick a pin right through the middle of the heart a pink one would be great or a red one that way um that way it's camouflaged you don't really see it either way i don't know how you're going to do it but hang this up on the side if you want to do another one maybe place another one at the top and put another heart at that corner or something whatever you want to do anyhow that's how you decorate hearts for a bulletin board see you next time
